** Spell It 6-7-8-9 Lite is the same exact program as the full version except it has 55 words in its vocabulary instead of the 1200+ words in the full version.**

Spell It 6-7-8-9 is the ultimate program to help your child learn to spell six to nine letter words. (See our Spell It 2-3-4-5 application for spelling 2 to 5 letter words).

Spell It 6-7-8-9 Lite has the following features:

-> Two modes: Practice and Quiz.

-> 55 words in its vocabulary.

-> Each word is chosen at random.

-> Each word spoken and then used in a sentence.

-> The learner can repeat the word or the sentence with the touch of a button.

-> The learner can specify the combination of word lengths desired. For example, only 8 letter words, or 6 and 7 letter words, or 7, 8 and 9 letter words, etc.

-> Each letter is spoken as typed.

-> The current application state is automatically saved upon exiting the program.

Practice Mode has the following additional features:

-> The Hint button can be used to indicate the next letter in the word.

-> If an incorrect letter is typed it is disabled until the correct letter is chosen.

Quiz Mode has the following additional features:

-> A quiz consists of 25 words.

-> The current number of correct, incorrect and words remaining are displayed during the quiz.

-> Upon completion of the quiz, the results are displayed showing all quiz words. Incorrect words are indicated in white with the correct spelling followed by the learner's incorrect spelling.
